{Engaged}

This BEAUTIFUL lady is like a little sister to me. I started babysitting her and her 4 siblings when I was just 9 years old! So needless to say, they are very close to my heart. When I heard the news that she was engaged, I just couldn't believe it....how was it possible that she was old enough to be getting married?!? That would mean that I would have to be MUCH older than I really feel!

Despite the fact that it makes me feel SUPER old....I'm beyond HAPPY for her! I was honored to do some engagement pictures for her, mostly because I haven't seen her in forever, and also because that meant I got to meet her groom-to-be. I for sure had to approve before I let her just go off and get married!! ;-) He is super sweet and as you can tell in the pictures...he absolutely adores her. I know they will be just great for each other. I'm excited to do their wedding pictures in less than 2 months! Congrats you two!!! I love you!

{Max & Naomi}

These sweet little babes are numbers 5 & 6 and the second set of twins in their family! They are soooo loved by everyone and true miracles!!! When one of the twins water broke at just 28 weeks everyone was praying hard that these little babies would stay in and continue to grow and get stronger. Their prayers were answered and they stayed in for 5 extra weeks. Poor momma had to be in the hospital and on total bed rest the entire time. She is an AMAZING women! And just look at her with these babies...you can't even tell she's given birth to 6 kids...let alone 2 sets of twins! She's just as beautiful as ever...or maybe even more so now with these precious little miracles. It's weird to think that little Max and Nomi should still in fact be inside their momma's belly growing...but here they are doing FANTASTIC! Weighing in at 5lbs and 5 1/2lbs...they are by far the tiniest newborns that I've ever held/photographed. It was an honor to take their first portraits!

{I loved this one because this shows just how different they are. Max liked to be stretched out and Naomi liked to be curled up.}

I'm SOOOO Behind!!!

I remember when this guy was born and now he's a senior and graduating! That makes me feel OLD! Him and his family have lived next door to my grandparents for as long as I can remember and have become good family friends. It was great to see them and spend a few hours catching up.

Sorry it's taken me so long to get these up. Last week was crazy with the kids being on spring break and having extra kids to watch and the nasty weather! But they are DONE and will be in the mail in the morning! Thanks for being so patient! Enjoy your sneak peak.
